Below you will find some of the most common questions we receive from our customers. We naturally try to keep the feed as up-to-date as possible, but if you can’t find the answer to your specific question below, please contact us. You are probably lucky and have received one of our gift cards. You use the code to unlock your ability to choose from our gifts. You do this by filling in the code in the field on our website. Once you have been accepted among our selected gifts, you choose the gift you want and check out in the “checkout” where you will of course not be charged a single penny.
We always deliver all gifts as quickly as possible. It takes a maximum of 25 days, but usually takes less than a week. When you receive your gift depends primarily on the fact that some items may have a longer delivery time with our suppliers and the load we have on our warehouse during certain periods of the year.
Some of our most popular gifts sell out quickly. We naturally want our customers to get exactly what they want, and so do our best to replenish the stock with these. You can see on the gift page when we estimate to have it in stock again, and when it is possible for you to receive this particular gift.
We reserve the right that some products may be sold out without prior notice. If a product is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible. We do our best to keep our stock up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all products will always be in stock or available for delivery.
If your code does not work, it may be because it has passed the last order date. You can see on your gift card how long it is valid for and which segment it applies to. You are of course welcome to contact us if anything is incorrect. We always go the extra mile to ensure our customers are satisfied.
Free shipping: The shipping of the Christmas gift is already paid by the gift card buyer (your company). In case of any returns, where the package is not picked up from the agent within 14 days, the recipient of the gift card himself pays the new shipping and the return fee of SEK 199.
The right of withdrawal is excluded because the Christmas presents were bought by a company and the Consumer Act does not apply as it does to a private person. But we want everyone to be satisfied, so feel free to send us your case by e-mail and we’ll see if we can help
